New to CrossFit? Let us help you safely and effectively learn the fundamental movements used in CrossFit!
To ensure a safe and effective workout, prior to joining the group class, all new members without CrossFit experience are required to attend the Foundations Program. This program lasts two weeks and is offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7am and 7pm.
Under the supervision of our coaches you will not only learn about our fitness program and methodology but you will gradually be introduced to the exercises and intensity that is found in our group class.
Each class will build on new sets of skills you have learned in previous classes and will conclude with a workout incorporating the skill sets you learned that day.
