Flatbush CrossFit is a training center located in the South East Part of Brooklyn, NY. Our team of dedicated coaches are held to the highest standards of our profession as we strive to unlock the human potential for greatness.
Unlike your typical gym, we provide you with a coach and a program that is free of monotonous routines. Everyday brings about a different challenge and obstacle that will help grow you both mentally and physically.

How It Works
At Flatbush CrossFit, you wont find rows of treadmills or fancy machines. From the moment you walk into the gym, you’re the machine and we teach you how to operate it.
Our group classes use pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – we teach you to move your body the way it is meant to be moved. Ultimately, all your workouts involve exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life and/or sport. All of exercises can be scaled and adjusted to accommodate any and all fitness levels.
